Return And Refund Policy

The customer must contact us on the contact page within 30 days of their package being delivered to be eligible for a return and all items must be unworn and in their original packaging. The customer has to pay a fee of €5 for us to come pick up the package from their address. If an item is received with any manufacturing defects, the customer will be eligible for an exchange or refund and should contact us on the contact page immediately. Should you have any other questions, feel free to contact us on the contact page and we will get back to you within 24hrs. 

Shipping Policy

SP Gripsocks only ship in Malta. Shipping rates for Malta are €4.99 for standard shipping and €14.99 for express shipping. Free Express shipping when spending over €50. Delivery to Gozo is not available.
